By accessing Truegrove Strings, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Educational purpose
Our materials provide general musical instruction for beginners. They are not a guarantee of a particular result, performance level, or timetable. You are responsible for choosing an instrument and practice approach appropriate to your circumstances.
3. Catalog and demonstration cart
Catalog descriptions and prices are presented for browsing. The current cart is a browser-based demonstration and does not process payment, create a binding order, or promise fulfillment until a separate written arrangement exists.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse and use the site for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, copy protected materials for redistribution, impersonate another person, or submit harmful or deceptive content.
5. Intellectual property
The Truegrove Strings name, editorial text, lesson structure, design, and original materials belong to Truegrove Strings or its licensors. We grant no ownership transfer. Permission to view the site ends if you breach these terms.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
7. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Truegrove Strings is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site. We may revise content or terms by publishing an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
